Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content in bulk, or use the Site to send unsolicited communications.

Estimates & Quotes

Estimates and quotes are provided in good faith based on the information you supply and the conditions observed at the site. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and may be revised if the scope of work changes, hidden conditions are discovered, or access to the property is different than described. A signed work authorization or accepted written estimate is required before work begins.

Services & Property Access

By hiring Nevada Tree Service you represent that you either own the property where work will be performed or are authorized to approve the work. You agree to:

• Provide safe, legal access to the work area for our crew, trucks, and equipment.
• Identify or disclose known underground utilities, irrigation lines, septic components, and other hazards.
• Secure pets, vehicles, and personal property in and around the work area.
• Obtain any HOA, municipal, or other approvals required for the work.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on your estimate or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed by Nevada law, and you agree to pay reasonable collection costs and attorneys' fees incurred to collect an unpaid balance.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please give us as much notice as possible when you need to reschedule. Weather, equipment issues, and emergency calls may occasionally require us to reschedule your appointment; we will contact you promptly if that happens.

Photos, Communications & Customer Data

Information and photos you submit through the Site are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting photos of your trees or property, you grant us permission to use them internally to prepare estimates and complete the work. We will not use identifiable photos for public marketing without your consent.

Trees, Living Materials & Site Conditions

Trees are living organisms in a harsh desert environment. While we follow accepted arboricultural practices, we cannot guarantee the survival, appearance, or future health of any tree, and we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions such as prior improper pruning, disease, structural defects, or soil issues that affect outcomes. Stump grinding and root work may impact nearby irrigation, hardscape, or utilities that are not visible from the surface; we grind to the depth specified in your estimate and are not responsible for unmarked underground items.

Warranties & Disclaimers

Nevada Tree Service is licensed and insured in the State of Nevada. Except as expressly stated in your written estimate or work order, all services are provided "as is" and we disclaim, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Information on this website is provided for general information only and is not a substitute for a written estimate or professional advice for your specific property.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nevada Tree Service's total liability arising out of or relating to the Site or the services performed shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the specific work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of use, lost profits, or damage to landscaping beyond the scope of the work authorized.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or continued engagement of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
